Bespoke Two DwellingConcept Development
Two individual homes on one plot, each with its own character, garden and garaging.
Small infill sites reward careful thinking. This concept places two distinct detached houses on a single plot, with shared access but separate identities, gardens and parking.
Contrasting gables, render and brick give each home its own personality, while a consistent palette keeps the pair reading as one considered scheme.
The visuals go right through to the interiors, with island kitchens and open living and dining, giving our client marketing-ready imagery as well as a planning case.
