A littleabout us

Studio

Customer-focused design for transformational living spaces. Led by Adrian Bellingham, Covest combines design flair with a deep understanding of planning, legislation and how buildings actually get built.

What we do

Bespoke new builds, from one-off grand designs to large renovations that completely transform existing homes. For developers and investors: HMO conversions, mixed-use developments, apartments, serviced accommodation and new-build housing.

Where we are

Dorket Head Farm in Arnold, Nottingham. We work mainly across the Midlands, and nationally on larger schemes.

Who we are

Architectural designers specialising in the residential sector, led by Adrian Bellingham.

Why clients choose us

Most of our work comes from referrals and recommendations. One developer has used us on more than fifteen projects.

Why we do it

For over a decade we’ve delivered innovative, architecturally exemplary design that creates transformational living spaces.

How we work

We listen first. Through a free initial consultation we understand how you want to live, then guide you through every stage.

In a client’s words

“Adrian and the Covest team have been great to work with over recent months. Adrian has a real skill in finding additional space within an existing building or coming up with unique ways of utilising the area available in a new extension or plot of land.”
