In our clients’words

Covest Architecture, managed by Adrian Bellingham and his fantastic team. They are brilliant!

I am a very busy property investor and in the last 18 months we have engaged Covest on a number of projects. All great work but the one I want to particularly praise Adrian for is the design and planning work, in collaboration with external teams, on a new build HMO in Nottingham's Article 4 area. We are currently at section 106 stage on a 12 bedroom, Sui Generis student HMO. This is planning for the demolition of an ugly old 2 story flat roofed retail building, and its replacement with a beautifully designed new build student HMO. I challenged Adrian to get us a 4 story, minimum 11 bed HMO here. We actually achieved a 4 story 12 bed and we are delighted.

I can whole heartedly recommend Adrian and his team at Covest.

Covest were recommended to me and I am delighted that they were.

Adrian and the team worked with us to understand what our aspirations were for the project and then came up with a design to meet that. Adrian visited the site to get a feel for the setting, advised on the specific location of the new design and ensured that it would be sympathetic to the environment.

They were then more than happy to amend and refine to ensure that we were delighted with the final result. Covest gave great advice and have supported us through the planning process.

A fantastic design that for us had the WOW factor.

Thanks to Adrian and the team at Covest, we would strongly recommend and would have no hesitation using them again in the future.

Having used Covest Architecture for over 15 different projects that we have undertaken for clients and ourselves we can highly recommend them.

Great service and communication with Adrian and his team. They put the ace in space maximizing your land or existing building to create truly great areas to live in.

A* Company

Adrian and the Covest team have been great to work with over recent months. Adrian has a real skill in finding additional space within an existing building or coming up with unique ways of utilising the area available in a new extension or plot of land.

Great personal service and a real drive to pay attention to detail mean that Covest produce fantastic plans and a great overall vision of the building proposal. Whether it's a fresh piece of land or changing a building from one use into residential they come up with great ideas, based on the owner's needs, and present it in an easy to understand way, especially when using rendered images.

I would highly recommend Adrian and the Covest team for projects where you want to make the most of the space available.

Professional, knowledgable and time efficient Office. Delivered on architectural plans on time and the price structure is reasonable and transparent.
