Regeneration of BrownField Site

Brownfield land is where much of the Midlands' new housing has to come from, and it rarely comes easy. This scheme replaces a disused site with a small group of family homes arranged around a gated courtyard drive.

Each house has a private rear garden and off-street parking, with a mix of brick and render and solar panels on the roofs. The layout respects the neighbouring properties' privacy and outlook.

Our renders tested the scheme from the street, the drive and the gardens, supporting the developer's planning submission and early sales conversations.
