HMO, NewBasford

Red brick, terracotta detailing and a corner turret: the building had real character, and the brief was to keep it while creating a modern, licensable HMO inside.

Each bedroom is planned around its own en-suite shower room, with built-in storage and a calm, consistent palette of deep blue, white and black. A generous shared kitchen and lounge gives residents a proper social heart, something a lot of HMOs leave out.

This is what a Covest scheme looks like once it's built. The layouts, finishes and quality you see here started as drawings and renders on our desks.
